EOS CCA earns Top Rating from the Better Business Bureau

Collecto, Inc., d/b/a EOS CCA recently earned a rating of ‘A-’ from the Better Business Bureau under their new BBB Reliability Reports™, a system instituted in 2009 to help consumers better understand a company’s record for customer service and integrity.

CBBB's President, Steve A. Cox, explained BBB's Core values and beliefs at the BBB annual meeting held in Boston, Massachusetts during the 4th qtr of 2009, stating he believes “the foundation of any organization must be ethical behavior…” Ethical behavior is at the core of EOS CCA’s values and mission, therefore policies, procedures and quality control checks have been implemented to ensure compliance, and as a result, best ratings with the BBB.
Under the previous system, a simple pass/fail or satisfactory/unsatisfactory was used to rate companies. The new system provides consumers with more information by rating companies or charities on a scale of F to A+. EOS CCA is proud to have earned this rating, and continues to strive for excellence.
