CCA Acquires Rochester Credit Center

Collecto, Inc., d/b/a CCA, a wholly owned subsidiary of EOS-Solutions, Hamburg, Germany, announces the acquisition of the Rochester Credit Center and its operating Divisions, The Credit Bureau; Paid Harbor; Debt Counseling Works (DCW); and NACM Rochester; effective December 1, 2008.

The Credit Bureau (RCC) will continue to service its clients locally and nationally, and will additionally become the New York Regional Center of CCA.

CCA is headquartered in Norwell, Massachusetts, with Regional Centers in Dallas, Denver, Chicago, Romania (Call Center) and Brockton, MA (Health Care Center). The company provides Accounts Receivable Management Services, including a Debt Purchasing Division, across all markets and is national in coverage.

In announcing the transaction, Paul E. Leary Jr., CCA's CEO said "This transaction enhances our revenue and client base in CCA's existing lines of business, and fulfills a component of our geographic strategy which included a New York Regional Center. It also provides RCC with leading edge resources to meet the current and future needs of their clients."
