CCA to add staff on Department of Education Contract Award

 Press Release Norwell, MA - Collecto, Inc dba CCA has been awarded a second consecutive task order by the US Department of Education (ED) to administer collection and resolution activities on their portfolio of defaulted student loans. This contract will result in approximately 70 new jobs in the Norwell, MA and Denver, CO offices over the next three months as the organization prepares for the October start date.

As one of 17 unrestricted collection agencies competing on the 2004 Contract, CCA collected more than 284 million dollars for ED through May 2009. In addition to resolving defaults through repayment programs such as rehabilitation; representatives also assisted borrowers when willing but unable to pay due to disability or hardship as well in other circumstances indicating discharge or administrative resolution.

CCA is headquartered in Norwell, MA and has moved into expanded office space located at its 700 Longwater Drive location. Hiring for the new contract is underway and collector positions are currently available. This contract also offers enormous growth opportunities to existing CCA staff due to the supervisory, support and administrative positions that have become available as organizational changes are made in preparation for this new contract.
