Our organization is comprised of several divisions.
Our Collection divisions, Retail and Commercial, are dedicated to the collection of delinquent accounts. We report to all three credit-reporting vendors: Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion that cover the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Our Commercial division, NACM New York, Inc. (National Association of Credit Management) is an authorized agent of Experian Business Information Services, and a certified participant in the Dun and Bradstreet Affinity Benefit Program. NACM New York offers national and international commercial credit reports, business marketing programs, and ancillary business services from the world’s largest providers of business information. Our retail and commercial credit reporting affords us nationwide and international coverage and provides a powerful tool in our retail and commercial collection divisions.
Our Education division, acts as a free community service providing classes, printed information, public service announcements on radio and television, and a phone-in "Credit Hot Line". Our education endeavor assists grade and high school students and adults learn about the wise use of credit and personal money management.
